Mobile Scissor Lift

A mobile scissor lift platform is the simplest way to get a person and their tools to overhead work. It is pushed into position by hand, the outriggers are pulled out, and the platform lifts on AC mains power. There is no battery to charge, no engine to service and no licence to operate, which makes it the lowest-cost option for repetitive maintenance work inside a building.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need 220 V single phase or 380 V three phase?

The 4 m to 11 m models run on 220 V single phase, which is available in most workshops and shops. The 12 m to 18 m models use 380 V three phase for the larger power unit.

How is the platform moved?

By hand, using the tow bar and control handle. The largest 18 m model weighs 3950 kg, so even the biggest size can be pushed into position on a level floor without a towing vehicle.

Can it be used outdoors?

It is designed for indoor use on firm level ground. For outdoor work on uneven ground, a self-propelled scissor lift with rough-terrain tyres is the better choice.

Which model should I choose?

Measure the height you need to reach and subtract about 2 m for the person standing on the platform. A 6 m ceiling is covered by the MP-0.5-4AC220v at 4 m, while a 12 m high bay needs the SJY0.5-12-AC380V.
